Moscow, September 24: Russia’s largest carmaker AvtoVAZ plans to lay off 27,600 employees, bringing its total personnel down to around 75,000, the company press service said Thursday.
It said the company, which has cut production due to weak sales, had originally planned to terminate 36,000.
