Rumours rife regarding Congress-AAP alliance

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is constantly trying for an alliance with Congress in the state, however, Congress state unit is against the alliance. In this situation, the party has decided to seek the opinion of party workers at the booth level. Party workers will be asked if they are for the alliance or against it.

Meanwhile, AAP feels that Congress is searching for excuses not to make an alliance with it. AAP’s spokesman Saurabh Bhardwaj said, at first Congress blatantly refused an alliance; when the matter became public, it is trying to protect itself by making the state unit a scapegoat. He alleged that Congress is actually making an alliance with BJP and wants to split non-BJP votes.
