New Delhi: The Rashtriya Swayam Swayam Sewak Sangh (RSS) on Saturday hit back at CPI (M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury over his assertion that the saffron brigade is desperately trying to expand its base in Kerala through violent means and said the Left would be marginalised as the state is on the path of saffronisation.
“It is the people of Kerala who are going to destabilize the Kerala Government and the state does not need violence as it is the land of god and goddesses,” RSS ideologue Rakesh Sinha told ANI.
Sinha further stated Kerala is adopting a tool of violence to suppress political adversaries.
“I think by the next elections, the CPI (M) would be marginalised as the state is on the path of saffronisation,” Sinha added.
Earlier on Friday, Yechury said the RSS is desperately trying to expand its base in the southern state through violent means and added that the CPI (M) would give a befitting reply through democratic process. (ANI)
