Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh minister and Muslim face of SP on Sunday alleged that RSS has made India an undeclared “Hindu Rashtra”.
He condemned the lynching of Nooman, an alleged cow smuggler in Himachal Pradesh and dared Haryana and Punjab governments to ban sale of the animal.
It is to be noted that Noman Akhtar, a resident of Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, was lynched by right-wing activists for alleged cow smuggling. His father claimed that Noman could have survived had the police taken him to hospital instead of police station.
He while commenting on the article published in RSS mouthpiece ‘Panchajanya’ which justified the Dadri lynching by claiming that Vedas mandate to kill the person who slaughter cow, that India is heading towards anarchy.
