Hyderabad: Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy today directed officials to start road development and fly over construction work in the city near VST and Ramnagar areas. At a review meeting with officials at Secretariat here he said that VST and RTC agreed to give their land the latter should coordinate with other wings to begin the works.
These works are being taken up under strategic road development program and the government released Rs 426 cr for the purpose and also an elevated corridor. He also said that and lane by directional independent flyover will be constructed from Ramnagar to Banglingampally. Take up works for 80 ft road to be developed parallel to existing Ramnagar and Baglingampally and VST to Indira Parak in Domalguda he said.(NSS)
