Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao today announced Rs 25000 each of the deceased in Dahegaon accident near Bhainsa in Adilabad district. Along with Minister Indrakaran Reddy and others, Harish Rao visited the hospital and asked the officials to provide better medical services to the injured. According to information 16 persons of Maharashtra died in the incident and those injured were shifted to Bhainsa hospital. Harish Rao said that he spoken to Maharashtra Minister Girish Mahajan for necessary help and succor to the kin of the victims. The final rites for the bodies will be conducted as per wishes of the kin he said. The Minister also asked district officials to coordinate with their Maharashtra counterpart for speedy help. MP Nagesh, MLA Vithal Reddy and Collector Jaganmohan and other officials were present. (NSS)
