Rs. 2000 notes disappear before Karnataka Elections like UP, Gujarat Polls

Hyderabad: After demonetization, the entire country is facing shortage of currency. It seems that currency notes will disappear soon. If the situation prevailing due to shortage of currency notes is reviewed, it will become clear that the same situation occurred before UP and Gujarat Assembly Elections. Not only in Hyderabad, but in various parts of the country, ATMs are facing cash crunch.

It may be mentioned that government had decided to demonetize Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 currency notes just before UP and Gujarat Elections.

Bank officials state that there was a lot of stock of Rs. 2000 currency notes but before the elections, these notes were withdrawn.

According to a report, Rs. 2000 currency notes worth 5 lakh crore are missing from the market. It is suspected that they have become the part of black money.

Rumours are making round in social media that it is deliberately done to disturb Karnataka Assembly Elections.
