Haryana, October 19: Some armed assailants, who were travelling in a pick up van, looted over Rs 1 lakh from separate petrol stations on Tuesday, police said.
The persons first looted about Rs 15,000 from a petrol pump located at the Rewari-Khandora road in Kharsanki village, 8 km from here, they said, adding, the criminals frightened the pump employees with a pistol and then fled with the booty.
They later looted over Rs 87,000 from a petrol pump near Tankri village, after they shut up the employees in a room at the petrol station from where they took away the money, they added.
