Acting on a private petition, the Ranga Reddy district court on Thursday directed the LB Nagar police to register a case against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in connection with the ‘Cash for Vote’ issues.
The petitioner and private lawyer, Bhargava, alleged that the AP Chief Minister and other TDP leaders have made derogatory remarks against Governor ESL Narasimhan and Telangana Government after the ‘Cash for Vote’ scam broke out.
