Mumbai, July 19: Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone had a tough times shooting for Lafangey Parindey recently when director Pradeep Sarkar brought a large quantity of rotten fish to the sets for a crucial scene.
The smell was so pungent that the crew members almost choked on it.
It was difficult to stand the smell and many crew members even resorted to covering their faces with wet clothes. Of course, Neil and Deepika did not have that option and the duo braved the smell and completed the shoot.
Lafangey Parindey narrates a love story set amid a rivalry among bike gangs on the gritty streets of Mumbai.
