New Delhi, April 10: Chief Minister K Rosaiah today met Union Home Minister P Chidambaram and discussed law and order situation in the in the wake of the recent Dantewada incident.
Chidambaram enquired about the Hyderabad incidents and law and order position in the state, particularly Naxal activities.
Earlier in the day, Rosaiah also met Union Minister for state for Coal Sriprakash Jaiswal.
Before leaving for Hyderabad, Rosaiah flagged off a southern Travels newly introduced Volvo bus at Andhra Pradesh Bhawan.
Rosaiah, who could not meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi in this trip as the latter was busy with her prior appointments, incidentally met Puttaparti Saibaba at Delhi airport.
To a query, Rosaiah said that he would be visiting the national capital again on April 14th to attend a meeting. He would meet Gandhi on April 15.
