Hyderabad: The Assistant session court Judge J. Kavitha on Friday convicted six people for seven years of rigorous imprisonment (RI) in a dacoity case.
According to a police official, on 14 November 2018, the six accused identified as S Raghupathi, Vadde Raju, Vadde Murugesh, Vadde, Vadde Narsimha, and Vakra Chinna Baba who all resides in Jadcharla. These six people gang illegally entered into a cotton Mills Company at Bhurgual village with all equipment to commit theft meanwhile the security guard noticed them and tried to catch them but the offenders beat the guard with rods and escaped.
Later the next day they were taken into the judicial custody by the Shadnagar police. After completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed against the six offenders at Asst. Sessions Court, Shadnagar. During the trial on Friday, the judge convicted all six accused with 7 years of RI.
