Govt. has concentrated on improving the efficiency of the institutions working for the implementation of minorities schemes in the state. On receiving complaints about the functioning Urdu Academy and Minorities Finance Corporation, Dr. Mohammed Ali Rafath has decided to review their functioning.
In addition to reviewing these schemes, facilities provided to the employees will also be taken into consideration. It is said that many complaints have been received in the implementation of welfare schemes for minorities and proofs have also been provided these irregularities are going on since longer time with the connivance of the officers.
Salaries are being drawn on fake names in Urdu Academy. Computer section of Urdu Academy needs to be investigated. To appoint a retired IAS officer to conduct is under consideration.
