Hyderabad: HMRL MD NVS Reddy conducted a review meeting with HMRL engineers and contractors to review urban rejuvenation and landscaping works at Metro Rail stations in corridor III from Miyapur to SR Nagar today.
Stating that these works form an important component of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s dream of converting Hyderabad into a global city (‘Vishwa Nagaram’), he asked the engineers and contractors to complete the works in the next four months. He instructed both engineers and contractors to post daily progress and issues in the newly created ‘WhatsApp’ group so that any pending issues can be immediately resolved by the engineers and town planning officials and the works can be carried out at a faster pace.
He also informed them that Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao is monitoring the progress of these works on a regular basis.
Later, NVS Reddy inspected the ongoing urban rejuvenation works at different Metro stations between Miyapur and SR Nagar.
