Revanth Reddy’s bail petition hearing adjourned to June 10

The Special Court for ACB Cases at Nampally on Monday adjourned the next hearing to June 10 on the bail petition moved by TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy in connection with the ‘Cash for Vote’ case.

The court pulled up the ACB for not filing its counter petition on Revanth Reddy’s bail application. Directing the ACB to filed its counter, the court adjourned the next hearing to Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Revanth Reddy, through his advocate, complained that he was not being provided basic facilities at the SIT office, where he is being interrogated in ACB custody for the last three days. The court directed the ACB to provide all facilities to the arrested MLA. (INN)
