Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy is likely to summons from the Nampally court, for his allegations against Chief Minister KCR and Minister KT Rama Rao.
It may be mentioned here that advocate Govardhan Reddy had filed a petition in the Nampally court. The court recently directed the police to probe the allegations and submit a report.
The Banjara Hills police booked a case against Revanth Reddy under IPC sections 504 (insulting publicly), 505 (degrading public representatives) and submitted the charge-sheet. As Revanth Reddy failed to comply with the police who asked him to appear before them,
the police requested the court to issue summons. The court is expected to issue summons in three days. (NSS)
