Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy, who was under ACB custody with regard to note for vote case, was suffering from illness, according to his lawyers.
Speaking to the media after the second day interrogation of Revanth Reddy on Sunday, Revanth Reddy’s lawyers said the other two accused Sebastian and Uday Simha too were suffering from illness. They said the ACB officials asked Revanth Reddy 60 questions on second day and alleged that the sleuths have not even provided minimum facilities to the accused and the officials denied even water when asked for it.
