Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy has assured that his party would recognize the services of TNTUC workers this time, who did not get anything after their long services to the party.
Addressing the Telugu Nadu Trade Union Council (TNTUC) meeting organized at NTR trust bhavan here on Monday, Revanth Reddy, who was the chief guest, assured that the party would give importance to the workers, who have been ably serving the party for a long time. He also stated that seniors would be given more responsibility.
Senior TNTUC leaders may get chances of contesting elections in future, Revanth Reddy said and expressed concern that TNTUC workers did not get a fair deal in the party so far. The image of any government would increase if workers and laborers feel happy with the functioning of that government, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, TNTUC State president B N Reddy also spoke. TDP legal cell president Gandam Gurumurthy, Telugu Nadu Electricity Workers Union president Ashok and others also attended the meeting. (NSS)
