Revanth added to Congress woes: Pocharam

Agriculture Minister, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy today slammed the congress for moving ahead for a downfall after the joining of Telugu Desam’s Revanth Reddy.

Talking to reporters at Metpally, the minister alleged that the Congress party lost its credibility as the people are not reposing faith on the leaders. The Congress will not win the elections despite Revanth or some others joining the party, he said. He also said that Revanth has no stature to talk against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The minister suggested Revanth Reddy to stop making false charges against the government and KCR. The congress is trying to stall the growth and coming in the way of projects and development works, the minister alleged. However the government is going ahead with its plans to implement a number of welfare schemes and speedy completion of the projects to irrigate one crore acres, he claimed.

Entire nation, foreign countries and other states are appreciating the chief minister for his plans of welfare and help farmers besides giving 24 hour power to farm sector. The farmers will benefit in a big way by getting Rs 4000 per acre towards crop investment and get rid of farm related loans. Telangana state is number one state in the country in several aspects, he added. (NSS)
