Revanth accuses KCR of damaging TDP

Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy has accused Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao of damaging the Telugu Desam Party in the State.

Addressing the TDP’s Formation Day and Ugadi celebrations at NTR Trust Bhavan on Wednesday, Revanth Reddy said that KCR has been trying all means to damage the TDP in Telangana State. However, he said that the TDP cadre would defeat all conspiracies and work on ideals of party founder late N.T. Rama Rao. He said that the TDP’s organisation in Telangana was very strong and it could not be damaged at any cost.

Speaking on the occasion, Telangana TDP President L. Ramana said that NTR has formed Telugu Desam Party to ensure social justice and empower the weak and backward sections of the society. Criticising the Chief Minister, he said KCR has build his political career from TDP and now he is conspiring to finish the same party. He said that the TDP was very strong in Telangana and it would give an impressive performance in next elections.

The function was also addressed by senior leaders including N. Narasimhulu, Peddi Reddy and R. Chandrashekar Reddy. (INN)
