Hyderabad, April 13: Mahindra Satyam today said it will meet the June 30-deadline set by the Company Law Board to submit the restated accounts.
Speaking to reporters at the opening of the Mahindra Satyam SEZ here today, company chairman Vineet Nayyar said, “will stick to the June 30-deadline set by the Company Law Board to submit our restated accounts.”
Inaugurating by the SEZ, corporate affairs minister Salman Khurshid, earlier said the process to submit restated Satyam accounts is progressing well and since there are many technical matters involved we cannot rush with the process.
“All the aspects related to recovery and revival of Satyam is in the process. We will constructively and creatively come out of the problems,” Khurshid told mediapersons.
