Resignation is not the solution- Ms. Panabaka Lakshmi

Ms. Panabaka Lakshmi, Union Minister asked the agitators who had demanded her resignation from Union Cabinet that are they in a position to give an assurance that in case she resigns that the State would be kept integrated. She told that personally she is the supporter of Integrated A.P. and she has already declared that she would abide by the decision of CWC.

Talking to newsmen yesterday at Vijaywada she told that Congress is ruling party and there is no need for it to make a compromise with YSR Congress Party. The Central leadership of Congress party will decide about entering into a political alliance with YSR Congress party. She told the Seema Andhra agitators that a decision has been taken to separate Telangana and therefore this is not the time either to support or oppose the formation of separate Telangana State. It is our duty now to impart equal justice with the State and if her resignation resolves the issue, she is prepared to tender it. She further told that we are keeping the Anthony committee and Congress High Command about Seema Andhra movement and we hope that justice would be done. She advised the Seema Andhra agitators to have patience.
