Residents of Indiranagar deprived of water despite new water pipeline

Just because the MLA could find time to inaugurate the new pipeline, the residents of Indiranagar Tadbun are deprived of water for the past one year, despite the fact that the new water pipeline has been laid. According to local sources a government tap existed two years ago but the water supply got disconnected during construction of nala and sewerage line, following which the whole locality comprising of 200 houses had to approach their relatives for water.

However wretched with the water problem the local people applied for new water pipeline and got it laid finally, after running from pillar to post. But their dream didn’t come true and they still face lack of water supply. When they approached manager of Chandulal Baradari water filter, they were told that MLA saheb has gone for Umra, when he comes back the new pipeline will be inaugurated and water will be supplied subsequently.
