For the inaugural function, open space adjacent to Hajj House was selected. The function started at 12 noon. The audience was perturbed with the heat. The sound system also failed. The organizers paid special attention on photo sessions with the VIPs. Sensing the unrest of the public, Dy. CM had to instruct to minimize the time of the function. The officials invited only their own persons on to the dais whereas the organizers of various voluntary agencies and religious organizations were totally neglected. When an organizer of religious institutions reached the stage, OSD behaved with him humiliatingly and forced him to get off the stage. The organizers of various minorities institutions are engaged in selecting appropriate buildings for minorities residential schools in the hot summer, they were not invited. CEO of Wakf Board, Mr. Mohammed Asadullah, Survey Commissioner of Wakf, Ms. Masooma Begum were not invited to the function. Dy. CM, Mr. K. Sri Hari, State Minister of Labour, Mr. Bandaru Dattatarya and other public representatives were absent from the function. The banner which was erected on the stage was in English and only one Urdu word was included for name sake. The publicity vehicles were also devoid of Urdu.
