New Delhi, December 14: Delhi Police today effected a reshuffle in its middle ring by allotting new assignments to some Deputy Commissioners and by promoting Assistant Commissioners.
K C Trivedi, presently the DCP of IGI Airport, has been transfered to East Delhi in the same rank while O P Mishra, an Additional DCP, has been promoted to the ranks of DCP to look after affairs at the airport.
East Delhi did not have a DCP rank officer for the past some time after the promotion of Anand Mohan as Additional Commissioner and he was looking after the district.
I B Rani, who was in charge of Licencing Wing, has been transfered to East Delhi as the Additional DCP-I.
Rajbir Singh Chauhan, Additional DCP of South-East, has been assigned to look after Legal Cell and Land and Building Wing in the rank of DCP.
