JOB DETAILS
Lead and Develop a team of 10+ recruiters
Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to drive a high level of performance for individual accounts.
Responsible for assisting recruiters with search strategy, Boolean and x-ray search
Helping recruiters do proactive recruitment vs reactive recruitment and creating candidate pools
Assisting team and screening resumes and 360 degrees candidate profiling
Taking post interview feed-backs from candidates and keep a question bank and knowledge base for future help
Setting Team SLA, KRA and KPIs depending on proficiency grade and client types
Recruiters Performance Metrics and MIS Reporting
Setting Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Targets for the Team and setting Rewards and Repercussions
Ensuring adherence of process
Responsible for Team Hiring but doing 1st level of screenings
Orientation of new hires
