The Role
SSA is currently working with a rapidly expanding western managed main contractor in the UAE who is looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This is the chance to join a company that has been established in the region for almost 30 years with an annual turnover of nearly one billion dirham. The business typically works on projects from anywhere between 50million AED and 250million AED and has nearly 5,000 employees including staff and labour.
The Role
*The successful applicant will be part of a team of around 20 Quantity Surveyors consisting of Junior QS’s, Assistant QS’s, QS’s and Senior QS’s.
*Will be based out of Abu Dhabi office with time also spent travelling to site.
*Training and development to be supplied be senior figures within the team.

*Ideally looking for somebody who has experience within the UAE.
*Must have at least a total of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying capacity.
*Experience of working on utility / infrastructure projects with a contractor is also an absolute necessity in order to be considered for this position.
*A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying is also a minimum requirement.
Remuneration
The position comes with a negotiable salary package dependant on experience
