Job Description:

Role of Incident Coordinatros in MIM

IC will be part of bridge for Infra related MIM

IC have to engage only Microsoft FTE for the Major Incidnet

Call SDM of the affected service and inform about the same . For example if MIM due to network call Network SDM and inform the same

If the it matches the MIM criteria , e helpd desk will trigger and MIM and involve the MI engineers

If IC not able to reach the Primary oncall , can wait for 10 mins and go for secondary . If both are not reachable IC can reach out the manager of the respective team
IC send internal communication for MIM related ot Network and monitoring services (1.) To build capability and skill in the team and manage aspirations of team members (2.) To design programs and initiatives that are cutting edge and serve as benchmarks ( Ex: EPIC| EFCS Academy) (3.) To enhance and modify existing programs and initiatives so that effectiveness is improved with every cycle ( Ex: Top Gun) (4.) To conduct periodic reviews for timely course corrections (5.) To monitor| analyze| report and initiate action towards higher adoption of programs and initiatives ( Ex: 360 Degree Feedback) (6.) To provide user training and orientation for ongoing/ new initiative
