Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex, mission critical, enterprise level Database environments consisting of Oracle, MSSQL, Ingress, PostgreSQL, DB2 and MySQL. ..
Provide L2 level proactive and reactive support. ..
Lead the technical components/solutions for database support including interfacing with other domains/services. ..
Perform problem management which includes identifying and documenting the root cause of problems and suggesting corrective actions that will eliminate the root cause. ..
Resolve complicated problems related to Database technology ( RMAN, Oracle RAC, ASM )
Mandatory Skills:
Degree in IT or related discipline Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience ..
Certified database administrator – e.g. OCP, MSSQL ..
ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained
Oracle 9,10,11g
RMAN, RAC
