We are currently seeking a Production Manager for our state of the art manufacturing unit in Dubai .
Our in-house jewellery collections illustrate commitment to quality, craftsmanship and innovation whereby Damas has become a trusted household name, with a strong brand reputation.
The factory produces gold , non-gold and diamond jewelry , using machine and hand crafting manufacturing techniques. The operation occupies 21,000 square feet with more than 200 staff .
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience that combines leading teams & managing jewelry manufacturing & production scheduling .

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in precious metal jewellery manufacturing, including CNC.
Technical proficiency to understand and interpret jewellery design drawings.
Knowledge of industry benchmarks which guide high levels of overall operational efficiency and cost effective production scheduling.
Experience and success with process improvements including utilizing continuous process disciplines such as lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with cross-functional organizational effectiveness.
A demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Strong decision making skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Engineering, Management, Business or Finance Degree.
