5+ years’ experience with VoiceXML with core JAVA programming
5+ years’ experience with Cisco Voice Portal development or Audium, ICM Knowledge.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field of IVR
Experience/Knowledge with VXML Grammar development.
Good knowledge of OOPS.
Experience in XML/XSLT transformation will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Contact center, IPCC, gateway, CTI network is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to proficiently write and maintain written documentation to support code design.
Work independently within a team framework.
Follow and adhere to Enterprise Release Management process.
Follow and adhere to the company change management process.
