Minimum one year of service in the current department IT Graduate or equivalent qualification Additional IT qualifications such as A+, MCE or MCSE preferable One year plus experience in similar role and two years experience in Hospitality Good interpersonal, People management and Leadership skills Proficient in Opera PMS, Micros 9700, Infrasys is an advantage ensure that all computer hardware is in sound working order carry out and arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work provide first line support for all computer hardware, MS Office application and workstation operating system issues assist our guests with technical issues concerning high speed internet access in our bedrooms, conference rooms and public areas, the internet terminals provided within our Business Centre, and other general issues. Have a knowledge of Converged networking and the configuration of HP and Avaya network Switches Excellent problem solving skills, communication and reporting skills, customer service & people skills and flexible Attention to detail Friendly & outgoing personality, well presented, good manners Must be able to speak, write and converse freely in English Smart in appearance and well groomed Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to: ?Constant standing and walking throughout shift ?Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions.
