Mr. Meer Hadi Ali, former member of A.P. State Wakf Board met Mr. Abid Rasool Khan, Chairman of A.P. State Minorities Commission and represented that Shia Community has more than 11000 Aashurkhanas and other wakf properties. It is necessary that a separate Wakf Board is constituted for Shia Community in accordance with the High Court judgement. Mr. M.A. Ghaffar, CEO of Wakf Board was also present in the meeting. Mr. Abid Rasool Khan instructed him to resolve the issues pertaining to Shia Community as early as possible.
