After the bifurcation of the state the reorganization of Minority Welfare Institutions are continued expeditiously. Although it has been decided to divide the total budget for Telangana and Seemandhra, 58 and 42 percent respectively (as per the population) however the Minority Welfare Budget will be divided according to the Minority population.
As per 2001 census the total the total population of Andhra Pradesh is 8278432 and the minority population of Seemandhra is 3946346 while in Telangana it is 4314076 hence 48 pc of the minority budget will go to Seemandhra and 52 percent will be allotted to Telangana.
