MUMBAI: Known for speaking her mind, actress Renuka Shahane comes out in spirited defence against the ban of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ambitious project ‘Padmaavat’.
In a strongly-worded post on Facebook, the 37-year-old actress has expressed her anger against the ban of Padmaavat’s release.
With a bold red cross image that reads ‘Ban Padmavat’, Renuka conveys her message with respective pictures of herself holding a placard that demands “Ban Rape,”Ban Female Foeticide” and “Ban Sexual Molestation.”
Her Facebook post is viral and has garner over 3,600 times across the network.
