Renta Chintala in Guntur district and Adilabad town recorded highest temperatures in the country on Saturday with the Sun shedding scorching heat on Saturday.
Both the places recorded 40 degrees Celsius, highest during the season in the country. Several places in Telangana have recorded 39 degrees on Saturday. Temperatures rose even in the Seemandhra region. (NSS)
