Hyderabad: Alhaj Mirza Zabihullah Baig Mahajir Madinatul Munawwara passed away today after a brief illness in Madina Munawwara. He was counted among the distinguished personalities of Hyderabad Deccan. He was associated with journalism for several decades. Alhaj Zabihullah Baig had selflessly served the nation and the community through his Deccan News Service. Keeping in view the importance and benefits of religious news, he used to focus on religious news.
Mr Zabihullah Baig has been staying in Madina Munawwara for the past 47 years. He was very compassionate towards the pilgrims of Indo-Pak in general and Hyderabad in particular. May Allah grant his highest place in Jannah.
Late Alhaj Zabihullah used to spend time after Asr to Isha at Ashab al-Suffa, at Masjid-e-Nabawi (SAW) and would spend the time in prayers.
Namaz-e-Janaza would be performed at Masjid-e-Nabawi after Fajr prayer on Wednesday followed by burial at Jannatul Baqi.
