New Delhi: Auto maker Renault India on Thursday registered its highest ever monthly sales of 12,972 units in August, an over eight-fold jump from 1,527 units sold in the corresponding period a year ago.
The cumulative sales figure for the January-August period stood at 86,835 as against 26,559 in the corresponding period last year, thereby registering an over three-fold growth, the company said in a statement.
