Remo uses `Aa re pritam pyaare` in `ABCD`

Choreographer-director Remo D`Souza has used chartbuster “Aa re pritam pyaare” from the film ‘Rowdy Rathore’, in his new film ‘ABCD – AnyBody Can Dance’. He says it will be shown in the movie with a new twist.

“I have got `Aa re pritam pyaare`, the superhit song from `Rowdy Rathore` in `ABCD…`. It was a surprise for Prabhudheva, who had directed `Rowdy Rathore`. I thought why not have something that he had created for his film and show it with a new twist in `ABCD…`,” Remo told IANS.

Remo, who has got various dancers together for his dance-based 3D film, says there is one common factor in the picturisation of the number in ‘Rowdy Rathore’ and ‘ABCD…’

“Interestingly, Shakti Mohan danced to `Aa re pritam pyaare` in `Rowdy Rathore`. Shakti is a `Dance India Dance` winner. And in `ABCD…`, Vrushali, another superb `Dance India Dance` dancer, who is making her mark in Bollywood now, has danced on this mega hit track.

“The song is used in the film for a bit,” he added.

Directed by Remo and produced by UTV Motion Pictures, “ABCD…” features veterans like Prabhudheva and Ganesh Acharya, alongside several young choreographers.
