A.P High Court provided relief to Zafar Pahelwan by quashing the bail cancellation order issued by the Metropolitan Session Judge.
Sources indicated that Metropolitan Judge of Nampally court had cancelled the bail granted to Zafar Pahelwan through an order issued on 6th July.
A.P. High court imposed new conditions on Zafar Pahelwan. Now he has to record his attendance at 10 am and at 5 pm at Kanchan Bagh police station daily.
Earlier,session Judge had granted him bail and had asked him to record his attendance every alternate day in police station. since he did not adhere to these orders of the court, the bail granted to him earlier was cancelled.
