Relief work of Siasat for Muzaffarnagar riot victims continued

The relief work through Siasat Millat Relief Fund continued in riot-hit Muzaffarnagar of Uttar Pradesh. To bolster the rehabilitation works of Siasat, Faiz-e-Aam Trust also extended a helping hand. As part of the efforts to make Muzaffarnagar riot victims educationally and economically strong, a meeting was held in the chamber of Mr. Zahed Ali Khan editor Siasat which was attended by Mr. Iftekhar Husain Secretary Trustee Faiz-e-Aam Trust and Mr. Rizwan Hyder Trustee, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan Managing editor Siasat and Mr. Amer Ali Khan news editor.

It was decided in the meeting that further basic infrastructure facilities should be provided in primary school established through Muzaffarnagar Nagar Siasat Millat Relief Fund, where more than 310 students have enrolled their names. It was also decided that a computer centre will be set up in the riot-hit area in which 8 computers with paraphernalia would be provided from Hyderabad. Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan told that a team of Minority Development Forum was sent to Muzaffarnagar to provide vocational training to Muslim women of affected area. The courses include making of soft toys, candles, incense sticks (agarbatti), mehendi design, bangle making, liquid soap and washing powder etc.

Mr. Zahed Ali Khan editor Siasat told that if the need arises further relief works will be undertaken so as to make the Muslims self dependent.
