From March 31, Reliance Jio is all set to introduce more monthly tariff plans starting at Rs 149 and membership fee for Prime membership where users can continue the telco’s unlimited voice and 4G data services for the next 12 months at a price of Rs. 303.
According to the Financial Express, the Members can be able to use Jio’s entire suite of apps like JioTV, JioCinema and more for free till March 31, 2018.
Under the Jio Prime membership scheme, two more tariff plans are added one of the plans will charge users Rs. 149 for 2GB data and unlimited voice calls, whereas the other will cost Rs. 499 for 60GB data and free voice calls.
Jio also introduced other tariff plans that starting from as low as Rs 19 for one-day validity, and going up to Rs 9,999 for a year.
Prime and non-prime customers can make use of most of these plans, but prime customers uses more benefits of data limits.
Before the end of March jio customers just have to subscribe to Reliance Jio’s prime membership at a payment of Rs 99.
Jio will be charging for using its mobile telephony services which we were able to use it for free so far.
Prime customers of jio will be able to use 1GB data per day with unlimited voice calls for Rs 303 per month, on a one-time payment of Rs 99 said Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani.
Comparing to the other networks like Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular which provides 1-2 GB data per month with unlimited voice calling for about Rs 340-350, Jio is the cheapest.
