Job Description:

Business Unit Retail Operations.
The key priorities for the Retail Bank are acquisition of new customers, ensuring we become the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of our customers, growing CASA & Retail Deposits and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.

Job Purpose:

Acquire Affluent retail customers , deepen existing customer relationships and cross sell third party and bank products through superior Relationship management skills

Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-

1.Acquire Customers

Acquire New to bank customers

2.Deepen Relationships

Manage a minimum of 250 customers of the branch who are defined as customers with relationship value greater than 3 lakhs
Grow the CA-SA balances of this portfolio
Cross-sell various products depending on the need analysis of the customers. For eg Consumer finance loans, Business banking loans, Trade , Forex, Credit cards, 3-in -1 Dmat/Trading Accounts, FES cards.
Acquire more customers from the same household
Provide best in class services to these customers

3.Wealth Management

Do Financial Needs Analysis and Risk Profiling for tagged customers
Design a investment portfolio and plan based on ING model portfolios
Periodic Portfolio reviews for all customers
Cross-Sell investments, life insurance, general insurance and SIP.

4.Compliance

Ensure AMFI and IRDA certification and any other relevant certifications.
Ensure all customer instructions are executed the same day
Ensure 100% documentation of all transactions.

5.Branch Development

Conduct branch Insurance & Investment seminars to spread financial awareness.

6.Weightages

50% Income from CASA
10% Income from TD
40% Income from Assets and Wealth
Manage customers whose Relationship Value is greater than 3 Lacs
