Reject unholy Kutami: Kavitha tells people

Hyderabad: Intensifying her election campaign, TRS MP Kavitha today sought to know as to why TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao should be dethroned from chief minister post in the elections.

Addressing a public meeting at Ramajipet village of Jagitial district, Kavitha asserted that the TRS Regime has set a record at national level by spending 43 per cent of budget for welfare alone in Telangana. She alleged that the Congress has forged an unholy alliance with its arch rival TD Chief and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, TJS and CPI. The alliance of these parties do not enjoy the support of the people and will face a serious debacle of losing deposits in December 7 polls, she said.

Previous candidates like Jivan Reddy of Congress and L Ramana of TD from the segment did not bring funds and failed to develop the segment and now TRS candidate Dr Sanjay Rao should be elected for development. Promising to address the issues of beedi workers and pensioners, she said on retaining power, the TRS dispensation will take steps in this regard.

“We will take special care for giving loans to SC, ST, BC under employment she said adding that pensions will be hiked by the TRS on retaining power in the polls. She slammed Jivan Reddy in fray from the Congress for telling lies that SRSP has no waters and spreading falsehood against the TRS. The people of the segment are aware that the SRSP has abundant waters and able to get welfare benefits, she said. “Do not get carried away by the false promises of Kutami partners, who are making false charges against the TRS”, she said.

TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to give Rs 3016 towards unemployment allowance to youth, pensions to 58 years old and plans to increase retirement age to either 60 years or 61 years. The Congress and the TD forged unethical alliance only to dethrone the KCR regime which will prove futile, she predicted. She expressed hope that the people will teach the kutami a fitting lesson in the elections.
