Job Description:
Should have experience in Ortho Segment
Will have to Lead team of Area Managers & Representatives
Sales & Marketing
Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary markets.
Mapping territories to identify new customer groups to market various products & increase the market share.
Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing communication strategies and escalate business volumes.
Relationship Management
Building & strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity and health institutions.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Business Development:
Developing new clients by comparative study of market variable such as cost, etc. and providing them with superior service.
Conducting extensive market research to assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.
Identifying key/institutional accounts and strategically secure profitable business.
Relationship building with decision makers and key buyers in negotiation stages.
Channel Management:
Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners.
Commissioning & launching new centres as per company standards and monitoring the operations.
Guiding and training Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers /distributors / channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration.
Analyzing business trend & performance of each retailer on different parameter.
Team Management:
Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales – business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis.
Providing leadership, motivation & control so that the sales & support team works as a result oriented and towards the company objectives.
Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
