Hyderabad: Dept. of Finance of Telangana gave a green signal for the recruitment of staff in Minorities Residential Schools in a phased manner.
Secretary of the Dept. of Minorities Welfare, Syed Omer Jaleel, IAS that 1273 staff members will be recruited in 2017-18, 1494 in 2018-19 and 1370 in 2019-20. All these recruitment could be made through Public Service Commission.
He also informed that Govt. of Telangana sanctioned 130 Minorities Residential Schools next year. During the next three years 118 vacancies of principals, 1110 junior lecturers, 1140 PG teachers, 1010 TG teachers, 124 physical education teachers, 130 physical directors 130 librarians, 130 staff nurses, 125 craft and music teachers. 125 senior assistants would be recruited.
Dept. of Finance has also approved for the recruitment of 692 posts of non-teaching staff. Recruitments would be made for 200 ICT instructors, 49 Junior Assistants, 118 sub-ordinate staffs and 325 lab attendants. TSPSC will issue notification for the first phase of recruitments soon.
