Recruitment for part time soldiers in the Territorial Army (Infantry Soldiers) will be carried out at 125 Infantry Battalion (TA) , The Guards, Tirumalgherry of Secunderabad on March 18th and 19th from 6 AM to 1 PM on each day.
According to a press release, the candidates should have passed Matriculation/SSC with 45 per cent minimum pass marks for general duty while for other trades including cook and dresser, simple 10th pass will do. The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 42 years, minimum height 166 cms and minimum weight 50 kgs while chest should be 77-82 cms.
Candidates possessing qualification in trades like welder, carpenter, cook/chef, dresser and equipments repairing will be given preference while selection. Interested candidates have been advised to report at the venue at 6 AM on both the days, i.e., March 18 and 19 along with original certificates. (INN)
