The Role
Client is a renowned Architectural Consultancy is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
– Exposure to all construction supervision aspects, including client management, contractor management, supplier management, contract administration, quality management, dispute management etc.
– Highly experienced in management and delivery of supervision projects, mainly hospitality projects (hotels/resorts), including team management, schedule and cost control, quality and HSSE management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle, in accordance with project budgets and schedules while satisfying the projects’ technical and quality requirements
– Experience in leading the coordination with client counterparts to finalize project commencement orders for major / supervision projects of high complexity
– Experience in managing client relations, including managing project expectations, sharing project progress and issues / risks and responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues on major / supervision projects of high complexity
Requirements
– Bachelor (or higher) degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
– 20 years of experience in top tier regional / multinational Engineering Consultancy or Project Management firms, with demonstrated deep expertise in a construction supervision role mainly on hospitality projects.
– PMP certified is an advantage
– Western National with proficiency in spoken and written English
