Recruitment of Engineers in TRANCO, guidance lecture held at Siasat

Hyderabad: All those Engineers who get degrees are not competent enough to discharge their duties. Most of the Engineering graduates qualify recruitment tests with the help of notes and guides available in the market but only 5% of them are professionally competent to do their jobs.

The candidates have to gain work experience after getting degrees. If they don’t get jobs, how can they gain experience?

These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Rajendra Kalme, Electrical Engineer of TRANSCO while delivering a guidance lecture held at Golden Jubilee Hall of Siasat Urdu Daily on Sunday, 3rd February. Addressing the gathering, he told that the candidates should give top priority to Govt. jobs which has promotion channels.

Giving the details of job opportunities in Telangana TRANSCO, he mentioned that out of the 330 posts of Engineers, 249 are for Electrical Engineers, 51 for Civil Engineers and 30 for Telecom Engineers.

The last date of online registration is 11th March and the written test would be held on 25th March. He advised the candidates to get job oriented training and also to practise in solving objective type questions. He clarified the doubts expressed by the candidates.

Mr. Mohammed Asif who has the experience of working in Gulf Countries told the candidates that practical training would be helpful in getting jobs. Mr. Mohammed Moid gave the details of the training that is being given to Engineers by Master Minds Institute. Mr. Khaja Ali Shoieb thanked the guests and audience.
