Responsibilities :

Manage online advertising campaigns to ensure that budgets are fulfilled and optimize based on performance requirements
Troubleshoot issues and help solve complex problems with client integrations
Initiate new features and enhancements with our Product team
Handle general advertising and technical inquiries for clients and sales
Function as a front-line product expert and ensure ‘best practices’ are utilized

Desired Skills & Experience:

Candidates looking to join a start-up in its early stages
1-3 years of previous professional experience in a customer-service experience
1-2 years of experience in online advertising ( preferred )
E-mail and Chat Support is an added advantage
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to think and react quickly
Deadline oriented
Web/tech savvy a must
Any Graduate
Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations.
Must be willing to work in a 24×7 support team with rotational shifts and offs
